The Toshakhana is the government department, under the Cabinet Division, that keeps gifts received by Pakistan's presidents, prime ministers, ministers and officials from foreign governments and dignitaries. This dashboard turns the Cabinet Division's official "Gifts record in Toshakhana since 2002" (641 pages, data as of 15 October 2026) into searchable tables and charts covering 5,886 gift entries from January 2002 to September 2026.

Values are the assessed value recorded for each entry; 2025 values were recorded in US dollars and are converted at today's rate.
All amounts are in Pakistani rupees and written the Pakistani way: hazar (thousand), lakh, crore and arab. The official record gives values in rupees up to 2022 and mostly in US dollars from mid-2022 onward. So that every year can be compared, dollar values have been converted at Rs 277.45 per US dollar, the open-market rate on 26 October 2026. These converted figures are estimates at today's rate, not the rupee value at the time the gift was received. The original dollar figure is kept in the full record table. Entries marked NCV (no commercial value) and gifts still under evaluation carry no value. Where a gift was not kept, no payment is shown; the table says it was deposited in the Toshakhana instead. The record does not say which country or person gave each gift, so the dashboard does not break gifts down by country.
All figures come from the "Gifts record in Toshakhana since 2002" published by the Cabinet Division, Government of Pakistan (data as of 15 October 2026). The record was first made public in March 2023. Last updated on 26 October 2026.

The Toshakhana is a store of state gifts run by the Cabinet Division of the Government of Pakistan. Public office holders must declare and deposit gifts they receive; under the rules in force at the time, some gifts could be kept free of cost or after paying a share of their assessed value.
The record published by the Cabinet Division lists 5,886 gift entries received between 2002 and September 2026.
By number of entries, former Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz kept the most gifts (816), followed by Asif Ali Zardari (179) and Pervez Musharraf (128).
Under Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz (2004–2007), with 1,379 entries. By monthly rate, the caretaker government of Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar (2023–2024) recorded the most, about 59 gifts a month.
The highest-valued single entry is a Rolex wrist watch assessed at Rs 14 crore, received by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in 2022 and deposited in the Toshakhana. Next come a BMW 760 Li and a Toyota Lexus (Rs 10.8 crore together, Asif Ali Zardari, 2009, kept after payment) and a Graff watch set (Rs 10.1 crore, Imran Khan, 2018, kept after payment).
The record lists the Graff watch together with cufflinks, a pen and a ring as one entry dated 24 September 2018, valued at Rs 10.09 crore (Rs 100,920,000). Imran Khan kept the set after paying Rs 2.02 crore (Rs 20,178,000). It is the third most valuable entry in the record.
From 2002 to 2018 they paid about 12–21% of a gift's assessed value; for example, a gift valued at Rs 1 lakh could be kept for about Rs 12,000 to Rs 21,000. From 2019 to 2022 the share rose to about 47–49%, and from 2023 almost no gifts were kept.
Rolex, named in 197 gift entries, followed by Bvlgari (87), Tag Heuer (38), Montblanc (35) and Cartier (32).
After the Cabinet approved a revised procedure in 2023, almost all gifts have been deposited in the Toshakhana instead of being kept. Of 1,570 entries from 2023 to 2026, 24 were kept.
The rows come from the Cabinet Division's published record. Counts and totals on this page were compiled from that PDF and are approximate where an entry lists several items together. Check the official record for any single entry.
