Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order placed for any carrier or essential oil or other, you must inform us at the earliest as we dispatch most of the orders within 24 hours.

Cancellation of your order depends on whether it has been shipped or not. Usually, items are shipped within one business day so it is important that you notify us immediately. To cancel an order kindly call us on +92 333 8880109 or +92 316 7671166 for a cancellation request. Please note that if your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
