These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Mama's Jan website (mamasjan.com) and any purchase made through it. By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About Mama's Jan

Mama's Jan is Pakistan's online shopping destination for skincare, hair care, body care, home care, organic food and wellness products, bringing together trusted brands including ChiltanPure, Bolan Clinic, ManKind, My Mimi and Dasht Spices under one store.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service, or any part of its content, without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of a product or service.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us, and may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed under the same account, the same payment method, and/or the same billing or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

3. Account & Billing Information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on the Website. You agree to promptly update your account and contact information, including your email address and phone number, so that we can complete your transactions and reach you as needed.

4. Orders & Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as online prepaid payment methods. Placing an order does not guarantee product availability; in the rare case a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative, a delay, or a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours and deliver as quickly as possible across Pakistan. Full details are available on our Delivery Policy page.

6. Cancellations
