Description: <div> <p><strong>Students Protection Insurance Proposal</strong><br> Additional Insured: Parents / Guardian</p> <p><strong>Section 1 – Personal Accident</strong><br> We will pay to insured and/or additional insured any appropriate benefits up to Rs. 200,000/- for injuries from accidents within Pakistan resulting directly and independently in disablement within 12 months.<br> Coverage includes:<br> Death – 100%<br> Total and irrecoverable loss of both eyes – 100%<br> Total and irrecoverable loss of speech or hearing – 50%<br> Loss of two limbs – 100%<br> Loss of one limb – 50%<br> Total and irrecoverable loss of sight of one eye and loss of one limb – 100%</p> <p><strong>What is Not Covered (Section 1)</strong><br> Terrorism, armed forces/police/rangers/security guards on duty, pre-existing defects, mental illness, alcohol/drugs, suicide, deliberate danger, ballooning, bungee jumping, scuba diving, aviation (except fare-paying passenger), gliding, paragliding, hang-gliding, micro lighting, motor rallying, parachuting, parascending, professional sports, racing, climbing, hunting on horseback, jet skiing, and other high-risk activities.</p> <p><strong>Section 2 – Tuition, Examination Fees & Rental Protection</strong><br> We will pay up to Rs. 100,000/- per period for reimbursement of course/exam fees (non-refundable), next 2 semesters / 6 months school fees, and pro-rata reimbursement of rent under a signed Rental Agreement subject to 14-day deferred period in case of accidental disablement or death.</p> <p><strong>What is Not Covered (Section 2)</strong><br> Terrorism and War, Excess Rs. 2,500/-, mental illness, alcohol/drugs, suicide, deliberate danger, high-risk sports/activities, criminal acts, alcohol influence.</p> <p><strong>Terms and Conditions</strong><br> As per TPL’s policy wording<br> Minimum Eligibility Age: 18 years<br> Maximum Eligibility Age: 65 years<br> Underwriting and Claim modalities to be agreed</p> <p><strong>Geographical Limit</strong><br> Pan Pakistan</p> <p><strong>Net Annual Premium</strong><br> Rs. 1,599/-</p> <p><strong>Period of Insurance</strong><br> 12 months from agreement date</p> <p><strong>Claim Documents</strong><br> Doctor’s certificate, university/school fee receipts, rent agreement/receipts<br> Note: No cover for first 14 days (deferred period)</p> <p><strong>Issuer</strong><br> TPL Insurance Ltd.</p></div>
