It increases intestinal movements and relieves constipation, allowing for easy defecation. Cremaffin neutralizes stomach acidity. Cremaffin 120ml Syrup contains Magnesium hydroxide and Liquid Paraffin, which belong to the laxative class of drugs. Dosage : For adults and children (over 12), take 10 to 30ml of Cremaffin 120ml Syrup in a bit of water when required. For children (under 12 years), Cremaffin 120ml Syrup is not suitable.
