Sheer Khurma Recipe

 

Method 1:
Combine one packet of ChiltanPure Sheer Khurma Mix in 1 litre boiling milk and cook for 10 minutes. Keep stirring with intervals. Serve hot or Cold. If you like thick Sheer Khurma cook for further 5 minutes.
ترکیب 1 : ایک لیٹر ابلتے دودھ میں چلتن پیور شیر خرما مکس ایک پیکیٹ کے اجزاء ملا کر 10 منٹ پکائیں۔ وقفہ سے چمچہ ہلائیں۔ گاڑھا پسند ہو تو مزید 5 منٹ پکائیں۔ گرم یا ٹھنڈا کر کے نوش فرمائیں۔
Method 2:
Fry ChiltanPure Sheer Khurma Mix (one packet) in tablespon ghee/butter for only 20-30 seconds. Now pour one litre mil into it and cook for 8-10 minutes after it starts boiling. Keep stirring with interavals. Serve hot or cold.
