Pistachio Ras Malai Recipe

 

Put milk for boiling on low flame with sugar and two cups of water
دودھ میں چینی اور دو کپ پانی ملا کر ہلکی آنچ پر ابلنے رکھ دیں۔
Beat the egg well
انڈے کو اچھی طرح پھینٹ کر پیالی میں رکھ لیں
Mix 4-5 teaspoons of cooking oil / ghee in the contents of ChiltanPure Rasmalai and Mix thoroughly. Add about 5 tablespoons of beaten egg and knead well with the help of spoon to make soft and smooth dough. (During kneading if the dough remains dry & hard, add further 2 to 1 tablespoon of beaten egg. similarly if the dough remains too thin to make balls, leave it for 1-2 minutes.)
چلتن پیور رس ملائی مکس میں 4 سے 5 چائے کے چمچ کو کنگ آئل یا گھی ملا کر اچھی طرح مکس کر لیں اب پھینٹے ہوئے انڈہ کے 5 ٹیبل اسپون (کھانے کے بیچ مکس میں شامل کر کے چمچہ کی مدد سے اچھی طرح گوندھ کر نرم آٹا بنالیں۔ (گوندھنے کے دوران آٹا خشک سخت لگے تو مزید اسے ا ٹیبل اسپون انڈے شامل کریں۔ اسی طرح اگر آٹا زیادہ پتلا لگے تو 2-1 منٹ چھوڑ دیں)
Make about 15-18 small oval or round shape balls and put these balls immediately in boiling milk
اب 15 سے 18 بیضوی یا گول شکل کی گولیاں بنا کر اُبلتے ہوئے دودھ میں فوراً ڈال دیں
Increase the level of flame to high. Keep it at boil on full flame for 5-10 minutes till become 3-4 times larger than the original size, carefully & occasionally dip & rotate the balls in full / high boiling milk with the help of flat spoon. (Mind it if the balls are not immediately put into the boiling milk, they may become hard). Refrigerate before enjoying delicious Rasmalai
آنچ فل تیز کر دیں (خیال رہے کہ اگر گولیاں بنا کر دودھ میں فوراً نہ ڈالی گئیں تو سخت ہو سکتی ہیں)۔ اب 5 سے 10 منٹ تک فل تیز آنچ پر ابالتے رہیں اس دوران احتیاط سے گولیاں چمچہ کی مدد سے ڈبوئیں اور وقفہ سے الٹتے پلٹتے رہیں جب پھول کر 3 سے 4 گنا بڑی ہو جائیں تو آنچ بند کر دیں۔ مزیدار رس ملائی ریفریجریٹر میں ٹھنڈی کر کے نوش فرمائیں۔
