Kunna Gosht Masala

 

1. Heat ghee/oil, add onion, garlic,meat and ChiltanPura Kunna Goshi Masala. Fry for few minutes.
گرم گھی / تیل میں پیاز لہسن ، گوشت اور چلتن پیور گنا گوشت مصالحہ ڈال کر چند منٹ تک بھونیں۔
2. Add one glass of water and cover the pot and keep a weight on the lid or use a pressure cooker. Cook on very low heat until the meat is completely tender, which is about 6-8 hours.
ایک گلاس پانی شامل کر کے ڈھکن ڈھک کر اوپر وزن رکھ دیں یا پریشر ککر استعمال کریں۔ بہت ہلکی آنچ پر گوشت گل جانے تک پکائیں ۔ 8-6 گھنٹے تک
3. Dissolve the flour in one cup of water and add to the pot. Shake the pot to mix the flour evenly in the gravy Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes
ایک پیالی پانی میں آٹا حل کر کے سالن میں شامل کر دیں اور پھر ڈھک دیں۔ پھر پتیلی کو پکڑ کر ہلائیں کہ آٹا سالن میں اچھی طرح مل جائے۔ ہلکی آنچ پر مزید 30 منٹ تک پکائیں۔
