Korma Masala

 

1. Heat oil,fry onions until light golden, remove and crush
گرم تھی تیل میں پیاز کو ہلکا سنہرا کریں اور پھر اتار کر چورا کر لیں۔
2. In the same oil, add meat, yogurt and Chiltanpure Korma Masala. Cover and cook on low heat for 20-30 minutes.
اسی گھی تیل میں گوشت ، دہی اور چلتن پیور قورمہ مصالحہ شامل کر کے ڈھک کر ہلکی آنچ پر 30-20 منٹ تک پکائیں۔
3 Add julienne ginger and 12-1cup water for gravy. Cover and cook on low heat until meat is tender
پھر ادرک اور 1/2 کپ پانی شامل کریں۔ ڈکھ کر ہلکی آنچ پر گوشت گل جانے تک پکائیں ۔
4. Stir-incrushed onions.Cover and cook on low heat for 5- 10 minutes.Remove excessive oil before serving.
چورا کی ہوئی پیاز شامل کریں اور ڈھک کر ہلکی آنچ پر 5-10 منٹ پکائیں۔ پیش کرنے سے پہلے اضافی تیل نکال سکتے ہیں۔
