Kofta Masala is a premium spice blend specially designed to elevate the taste of traditional South Asian koftas—soft, flavorful meatballs or vegetable balls cooked in a rich, aromatic gravy. This masala brings a perfect balance of spices, herbs, and aromatics to create a dish that is both hearty and indulgent.
Each ingredient in the masala is carefully selected to enhance the flavor, color, and aroma of your kofta. Typical spices include cumin, coriander, turmeric, red chili, garam masala, cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom, along with subtle herbs that give the dish a rich, authentic taste.
With Kofta Masala, you can effortlessly create restaurant-style kofta dishes at home. The blend ensures that the koftas remain tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor, while the gravy develops a deep, aromatic profile that complements any main course.
