Description

Imli and Alo Bukhara syrup is a traditional beverage deeply rooted in South Asian cuisine during the hot summer months, providing a burst of flavor and a cooling sensation.
The sharbat has thick consistency, and it has a sweet and tart-like taste. The taste is a harmonious blend of sweet, sour, and tangy, making it a perfect thirst quencher.
Chiltan Pure Imli and Alo Bukhara syrup are extracted from the pulp of both ingredients. The syrup is made by soaking the tamarind and dried plums in water until they become soft and pulpy. The mixture is then strained to extract the juice, which is simmered with jaggery until it thickens into a luscious syrup.
Tamarind has a tart-like flavor and is a mouthwatering fruit that is a good source of magnesium and has numerous health benefits, such as reducing the risks of heart attack, preventing bad cholesterol, etc.
