چھوٹے برتن میں جیلی مکس کے اجزاء کو ایک کپ (200 ملی لیٹر ) ابلتے ہوئے گرم پانی میں شامل کرتے ہوئے فورا چیچہ کی مدد سے اچھی طرح حل کریں۔ عام درجہ حرارت یا فرج میں ٹھنڈا کرلیں

چلتن پیور دودھ دلاری مکس کے اجزا ابلنے کے قریب دودھ میں اچھی طرح چمچہ چلاتے ہوئے قریب دودھ میں اچھی طرح چمچہ چلاتے ہوئے مکس کریں۔ اب درمیانی آنچ میں 20-15 منٹ گاڑھا ہونے تک پکائیں۔ شروع میں وقفہ سے چیچہ چلائیں۔ جیسے ہی تھوڑا گاڑھا ہو نا شروع ہو تو تو مسلسل چمچہ چلاتے ہوئے پکائیں
