Chicken Jalfrezi Masala
1. Mix ChiltanPure Chicken Jalfrezi Masala in half cup of water and apply to chicken cubes marinate for 30 minutes.

2. Boil finely chopped tomatoes in 1 cup of water unti soft and tender.Sieve to remove skin and seeds. Keep tomato puree aside

3. Heat oil and add marinated chicken cubes. Stir fry for about 5 minutes.
گرم تیل میں مصالحہ لگی مرغی کی بوٹیوں کو تیز آنچ پر 5 منٹ تک بھونیں

4. Then add the tomato puree. Cover and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes.
پھر ٹماٹر کا رس شامل کر کے 15 منٹ تک ہلکی آنچ پر ڈھک کر پکائیں۔

5. Add onion, capsicum, tomato and sl green chilies. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes and remove from heat. Serve hot Chicken Jalfrezi with plain boiled rice or boiled noodles
