Chicken Handi Masala

 

1. Mix ChillanPure Chicken Handi Masala in yogurt and apply to chicken cubes.Marinate for 30 minutes.
چلتن پیور چکن ہانڈی مصالحہ کو دہی میں ملا کر مرغی کی بوٹیوں پر لگالیں اور کم از کم 30 منٹ کے لیے رکھ دیں
2. Boil finely diced tomatoes in 1-2 cups of water until soft and lender. Sieve to remove skin and seeds.Keep the tomato puree aside.
ایک سے دو کپ پانی میں ٹماٹر ڈال کر نرم ہونے تک ابالیں۔چھلنی سے چھا گا اور بیج چھان لیں ۔ ٹماٹر کا رس علیحدہ رکھ دیں
3. Separately boil the onions in half cup of water and grind to a paste. Sieveand keep aside.
علیحدہ سے پیاز کو یہ کپ پانی میں ابال کر پیس لیں اور چھان کر علیحدہ رکھ دیں۔
4. In hot oil add the marinated chicken and stir-fry for 5minutes.
گرم تیل میں مصالحہ لگی مرغی کی بوٹیوں کو 5 منٹ تک تیز آنچ پر بھونیں۔
5. Add tomato puree and onion paste. Cover and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
- ٹماٹر کا رس اور پسی ہوئی پیاز شامل کر لیں ۔ 15-10 منٹ تک ہلکی آنچ پر ڈھک کر پکائیں
