Chamomile tea has been used in ancient times to treat many medical conditions related to insomnia, restlessness, cramps, and bowel-related issues. It has an earthly apple, and its mild sweet taste relaxes your nerves and promotes feelings of calmness and relaxation. It has numerous health benefits, like lavender tea. Chamomile can be used to treat skin conditions like eczema. Try chamomile powder, chamomile oil, and chamomile water as a toner.
The tea is extracted from dried flower roots, which can be brewed in hot, boiling water for one to two minutes until it turns an olden yellow color. Add a few lemons drops to enhance its flavor. Consume three to four times in a week and drink plenty of distilled water with it. Preferably, drink it half an hour before bedtime to improve sleep quality, to uplift mood, and to keep your body relaxed.
