Kulfa Khoya Recipe

 

1. Boil milk in a Large utensil adding Butter or Margarine to it. Now further Cook on slightly more than medium flame for 18 to 20 minutes, stir for a while with intervals of 3-5 minutes.
بڑے برتن میں دودھ ابال میں حسن یا مارجرین بھی شامل کر لیں۔ اب مزید 20-18 منٹ درمیانی سے کچھ زیادہ آنچ پر پکالیں ابالیں اس دوران 5-3 منٹ کے وقفہ سے تھوڑا چمچہ چلائیں
2. Now add contents of Chilton Pure Kulfa Mix to it while stirring & cook for further 5 minutes.
اب چلتن پیور قلفہ مکس کے اجزا اچہ چلاتے ہوئے ملا میں اور 5 منٹ پکائیں
3. Allow to cool. Add bread slices in pieces. Now use a blender Jug for max. 20 sec for blending (alternatively with a hand or electric beater)
تھوڑا ٹھنڈا ہونے دیں ڈبل روٹی کے سلائیں جوڑوں میں کر کے شامل امکس کر لیں۔ اب بلینڈر جنگ میں ڈال کر گھڑی دیکھ کر زیادہ سے زیادہ 20 سیکنڈ چلائیں بجلی یا ہاتھ کے بلینڈر سے بھی مکس کر سکتے ہیں )
4. Pour in Kulfo Mould if available or in a suitable container/tray for Freezing.
قلفہ کے سانچوں ( اگر دستیاب ہوں ) یا کسی مناسب بر تن اڈش میں ڈال کر جمائیں
Note:
At serving if Kulfa is hard, leave it for 5-8 minutes or pour water on bottom of utensil For variety use Red Syrup for topping
نوٹ- استعمال کے وقت اگر قلفہ سخت جما ہوا ہو تو 5 سے 8 منٹ باہر رکھ دیں یا برتن کی نچلی سطح پر پانی بہائیں ۔ ورائٹی کیلئے قلفہ لال شربت ڈال کر بھی نوش کیا جا سکتا ہے
