Chicken Masala

 

1. Heat oil, fry onions until light golden, remove and crush.
- گرم گھی / تیل میں پیاز کو ہلکا سنہرا کریں اور پھر اتار کر چورا کر لیں۔
2. In the same oil, add meat, yogurt and Chillanpure Chicken Masala Cover and cook on low heat for 20-30 minutes.
اسی گھی تیل میں گوشت ، دہی اور چلتن چکن مصالحہ شامل کر کے ڈھک کر ہلکی آنچ پر 30-20 منٹ تک پکائیں
3. Add julienne ginger and 12-1 cup water for gravy. Cover and cook on low heat until meat is tender.
پھر ادرک اور 2 کپ پانی شامل کریں۔ ڈکھ کر ہلکی آنچ پر 5 منٹ تک پکائیں
4. Stir-in crushed onions. Cover and cook on low heat for 5-10 minutes.
چورا کی ہوئی پیاز شامل کریں اور ڈھک کر ہلکی آنچ پر 10-5 منٹ پکائیں۔ پیش کرنے سے پہلے اضافی تیل نکال سکتے ہیں
